We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged.

To request a return, please contact us at memawsmadness@gmail.com before mailing your item back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
